What a credit buys
Every service publishes its credit price before you submit anything, so you always know what a piece of work costs before you ask for it. Fixed work is charged at its published figure. Anything larger is quoted by a human, and you approve the number before a single credit is held.
Video production isn't on the list yet. It will be when we can deliver it at the standard the rest of this is held to.
Questions
What am I paying for today, exactly?
Your first month, and your founding rate. The charge is taken now, your credits land the morning Germar opens, and your renewal moves so that month runs from launch — you are not paying twice for one month.
What happens on launch day?
Your membership switches itself on, your credits appear in your dashboard, and you get an email saying so. There is nothing for you to do in the meantime.
Does the founding rate ever go up?
Not for you. Your subscription keeps billing at the price you signed up on, permanently — that is enforced by the payment system rather than by a promise.
Can I cancel before it even starts?
Yes, from your own dashboard, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. It stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do I have to use all my credits?
No. Unused credits roll over for one billing cycle, so a quiet month isn't wasted. After that they expire — your dashboard always shows what's expiring and when.
What if my request is bigger than my balance?
We tell you before anything is reserved. You can top up, wait for your next cycle, or reduce the scope — nothing is ever taken that you didn't approve.
Can Germar work on my existing website?
Usually yes, and it's the fastest route. You give us the access your platform provides — a WordPress user, Shopify staff access, a repository invite — rather than sending files around.
Can I request custom work?
Yes. Anything larger or unusual is quoted by a human before a single credit is held. You see the figure and approve it before work starts.
